I love knowing how engines work, what terms top level designers use and how everything changes when the truly skilled make a community around a game. Love it love it love it. Collecting game knowledge is my passion That said, Jube has credits in GTAV and like three Ubisoft games so I'm voting him. We can all follow Wario64 to get the news. Jube can explain how a texture sheet is read by an engine.

On the otherside, I feel internationally "EST" is more a known term than "EDT" and while both signify different measurements, EST being more familiar results in more "EST to [timezone]" google calculations. Thus, when speaking informally, it's better to use EST to convey meaning since, you know, that's kinda what language is about.
