Nope, unfortunatly not, there isn't a simple way to change the region, you have to manually port it.

Download that and run it with PCSX2 running with the game and go to the place where you want to make the dump and then press "Read RAM" or "SNAP...
To make a RAM dump on PCSX2 you'll need a program called emuhaste, which can be found here: http://www.mediafire.com/?06333p5c1zxxyvs
I should be able to port them if I had a dump where ever that address is active so to say, it's somewhere in the gummiship things, and a PCSX2 dump is what I require.
It might be worth it to add it's extremly DMA which means you like have to hack it yourself for each circumstance and such
