Lumaria watched as the man made his way across the street. He almost Went to help the man when he was practically hit by a car. Seeing him safe, he watched him as he walked away, making a mental note where he was going to be searching after the rain had stopped. He went in a different direction. Walking home. He passed a home in which a girl stayed in front and he almost payed no attention for she didn't seem all that interesting, peering into the window.

well the way I really look at it is that Roxas did remember. For all of about... 10 minutes? Depending on how long Sora actually was a heartless. Roxas forgot his former life when kairi helped him transform back from a heartless. Or whatever she did.
Dominic looked around "Uh... I dont know. Great." Dominic finished slurping his ramen (couldn't resist :D). He got up quickly and started to look around the small village. "Tapirmon!" He looked to his digivice. Maybe it would help him a little bit. He saw nothing on the screen. He sighed in defeat, but he kept calling out Tapirmon's name anyway. Tapirmon sighed, "Well, I hope you're right. It's starting to get a little on my nerves." He lied his head down and was practically asleep when he eard distant yelling. His eas perked up, "That's Dominic!" He went to the door and looked outside. To his right, there he was, DOminic was wondering around coming towards the small house. "Over here!" Tapirmon said. Dominic ran over to Tapirmon, "I thought I lost you." "You can't lose me! My ring gives the ability to link with your digi-vice." "What? I just checked it. Nothing happened." tapirmon asked for the digi-vice. He took the paw with his ring and placed it on top of the digivice. Instantly the two glowed, "there you go."

It probably was KH: FM. Cause Sora was in Castle Oblivion after Xion had been created. So it would only make sense then. Plus Xemnas never saw Sora other than at the time they fought in FM.
