Probably because in a game, just watching an NPC do all the work would be boring. And because if they involved Ethan more, they'd have to characterise him, which is something that the series has always tried to avoid doing to player characters.
He said something along the lines of "If I was 20 years younger and, you know, not her father..." Not to defend a man like Trump, he is disgusting, but that's probably the least offensive thing he's ever said. All he intended it as was a compliment as to his daughter's attractiveness. Hardly comparable to literally being accused of raping an underaged girl.
It was revealed at the end of a Neko Mario Time episode today that the move used by Alolan Exeggutor in the August 1 reveal trailer is actually a new move called Dragon Hammer. There are no details on what this move's stats are (IE its base power or accuracy) but it can be assumed to be a strong Dragon-type move. Could this be a Dragon-type recoil move like the Wood Hammer it's named similarly to? Since Alolan Exeggutor has also been seen to use Wood Hammer, it would seem thematically appropriate.
Trump is not a man that can or should be trusted with the control of a global superpower. There have been many people who have noted the similarities between Trump and Hitler already, and I am genuinely afraid of the future a Trump victory would create. It's not something that will only affect America. I'm genuinely of the belief that Trump coming into power would inevitably lead to World War III, and that is a terrifying prospect.
10/10 movie, 110% on RottenTomatoes
Independence Day would have been a very different movie.
Who would have thought I'd be defeated by the shortest possible valid sentence in existence.
I don't think I have any way to fight this kind of a reaction. Well played, sir.
The fight is on.
I will acknowledge that you have a strong argument, but fight me.
I haven't even heard of Martha, ergo, she cannot be best girl.
I can't hear you over the sound of best girl.
This thread is our limbo. It continues to exist because we refuse to accept the end and move on.
Episode 3 has been released.
Wikipedia is on my side. You cannot win, biu. I have the high ground.
It's Autumn you swines.
Midnight develops a complex where she feels the need to take over everyone else's responsibilities and make each of them redundant as she completely replaces them. She does this out of a desire to protect them; they can't get hurt on the job if they aren't doing their jobs, and by taking on those roles herself she ensures there'll never be a situation where she's unable to help an injured person in time, because since she's the one doing the job she's already immediately there if something happens. Or something like that.
What if literally every one of us is acting suspicious in some way, then? Each of us starts to suspect each other for various things and eventually the OC reveals himself as evil mostly because he's annoyed that none of us are noticing him because we're all too suspicious of each other to pay attention to the things he's done.
That would be why I suggested a brain parasite or an evil clone responsible for the plot twist. Specifically so that nobody is actually evil and things can return to the status quo afterwards.
This may perhaps be convoluted and more complex than we want, but what if we leave subtle hints and paranoia fuel about the new character, make the reader believe that they're up to no good, and then just as the reader thinks they've figured out what's going on, it actually turns out that somebody else is the traitorous teammate, perhaps because of a brain parasite or cloning or something if we don't want future stories to label them as a traitor forever, and they're the one that's been up to no good and trying to harm the alien all along.
