I don't have cheat genie or a working blue and red version. The game card freezes randomly. I'd have to get an emu all over again and find blue/red version It's also in the smae category as Raichi the evolve form of Raichu

1. The old man has 1 pokemon always 2. lv. 172 does not exist except for romhack 3. in order for it to be valid i have to see if his cheat section is clean before he starts the rom up 4. this is in the same category as the mew under the truck rumor
the glitch can oly be activated by a code that went wrong like the example given above or having a 2 on 2 battle with 1 pokemon before you get a pokemon
if you can find a video where the person's cheat section is clean before they start it then i'll believe you. A messed up save spot would be liking riding your bike on water with the run or walk anywhere codes then saving there turning it off and taking the ARDS out
