Ok... I'm not sure exactly what your trying to do but if your trying to get avi files to work this is what I do... First, download this xVid codec thing off of here (this is recommended because it has a special program that will fix your issue ^_^) http://www.xvid.org/Downloads.15.0.html Then install it. Next, once it is installed go to your start menu programs and look for Xvid. Then click Nic's FourCC changer. When it opens browse for the clip that isn't working in your Vegas. Change the description code(top) to XVID and the used code(bottom) to DIVX
