I know I'm doing a sort of revival to this thread, but I agree with this. The girl was trolling, but I bet you there are people out there who actually are thinking along the same lines. It makes me terrified about religion in general. Radical believers can actually think that something as horrible as the earthquake/tsunami and think of it as something wonderful. I can picture a radical christian murdering someone and saying that it's good cause it was for God.

I will admit it that I wasn't in the same situtation as you, but I've been through depression before. I kind of think that your therapist is not a good therapist, she should not be telling you of the consequences of not going to school, but instead help with your current emotions. Trying to help turn this to a more positive light, is it possible to not look at your great grandfather's death, but instead at what he did while he was alive? You said he was in the army, maybe you can strive to go in to the army too and become the man your great grandfather was. Just remember that your Great Grandfather is looking after you in the afterlife. Make him proud to watch one of his great grandchildren grow in to a strong person.
