Okay so Chef'Special is a Dutch guy and his band. He's a friend of mine and is really starting to get known around these parts. He (sort of) raps in English on greatly composed music that is all recorded with instruments. What are your opinions on this guy? I will tell him what you (mostly) American people think of him, he will really appreciate it!
