Piggybacking off of this -- I have in numerous occasions explained Libre's role as an admin to those who asked. If nobody asks, I can't help them. Seriously to those who are reading/watching this whole thing unravel, if you have questions just ask them. It doesn't have to be this big guessing game.
That's probably because as I mentioned before the staff member that you talked to was incredibly busy at the time. Really this whole thing was entirely unnecessary. A comparison could be made to b's post sure (and to a degree, ben's as well) -- but if you read into those posts they were made from a stance of improvement. This, however, seems to be splitting hairs for the sake of splitting hairs. First its about the "racism", next its about how sub-par the staff response was in your opinion. Maybe talk it over with another staff member if that one didn't give you an answer you were satisfied with. There are usually (around this time) half a dozen people available. I find it odd that you came forward with the "system" derived from your discord server, but when it comes time for you the user to do your job, you floundered around derailing a thread and continually talking about this lackluster application of a staff's duty.
You didn’t consider for a moment that with all of this stuff going on that the staff member in question potentially misspoke? It’s not that hard to believe. With all the recent stuff going on within the past few days, this is the last thing they need to be worrying about, due to it’s trivial nature.

Staff aren't robots. What I mean by this is while b laid it on pretty heavy and probably could have been more subtle about this, we aren't stupid enough to not realize that there might just be a reason for such threads being made. While I'd rather this not turn into a witch hunt, public criticism is far from that. WITH THAT SAID For the love of God. Can we for one minute stop the circle jerk of virtue signaling. Yeah racism is wrong, duh. You have one of the nicer members of the community come in here and G O D FORBID he uses a figure of speech. Let's completely ignore his intentions mind you, because maybe what he was implying is hard and might require self reflection. That's not even the worst part. Not saying that you act, think, or do anything in any specific way. Going to preface with that so nobody gets their toes stepped on as that is not my intention. With that said, have you potentially considered that you are taking this stance in an attempt to mitigate risk? An incredibly easy way to avoid heartache, stress, self doubt, etc is to just stop playing the game (so to speak) all together. Meaning you can't lose if you don't play. Now I'm not saying bonds between two people is a game -- I am making an analogy. I don't mean to like disrespect your choices or anything, but when I see threads like these I honestly can't really believe that a choice like this was made while you are being level headed. There's a reason people tell you not to make big decisions while emotional, because loads of times you can end up doing something you wouldn't want to do. Now if the "love" thing really isn't for you and you end up following that (not with just your words, but your actions as words without the support of action is rather meaningless) then cool. I must confess however that I do not believe you really understand what it is you are saying, or rather I do not believe you understand everything that goes into making a choice like this and actually sticking to it. If I were to bet on this I would honestly expect this to be a phase, and there isn't anything wrong with that.
