Speak clearly and calmly, try not to visible fidget in a nervous manner, i.e don't constantly tap the desk with your hand or something, tap your foot under the desk if you need to. Positive language wuthout going overly cheesy, none of this "It's my life long goal to work here" nonsense, but "I'm looking to work successfully with a team to promote great customer service and uphold the already high standards the franchise displays". Try have some examples of how you've handled hectic, or stressful or busy situations before, to show you're up to the task.

It's not hard to impress, you just have to focus and remain calm, as long as you sound confident in your words you'll do fine.

Good luck on the interview, remember a firm handshake and friendly greeting is a great way to start off.
