Two AC games at once? Are they doing the opposite of all the fan feedback, seriously? We want games released over a longer time, not to double up on them.
Ugh, I feel like this game's being made to justify the amount of time they sunk into developing the naval sections. I wonder fi they could've maybe done part of it on the Vita or something instead of keeping it last gen. Actually on that note, it's weird that I played ACIV on the PS4, and to play this rumoured game that's doing the same thing, I'll have to go backwards?
Ubisoft is mental. Watchdogs is the only thing that may be able to save my utter dislike for them this year.

Well, as long as you know the job you're getting into, try and enjoy.
Wondering about the pay or lack there of for opportunities.
    Hmm looking at careers...
Wow, Slough, that's the closest game industry place to me i've yet seen, literally 15 minutes away. Saddening it's not really something i'm interested in, especially considering the depressing nature of the repetitive tasks from what i've heard.

If you get bored of being a pirate, you're mad! I played Sid Meier's Pirates! for flipping ages.

But seriously, I already mentioned the games are repetitive and not the best example of an open world series. But it at least adds new ways to play in the world.
The dash powers of Second Son are the greatest addition to the series, it makes doing tasks and such so much quicker and more enjoyable. I also like how the different powers actually act distinct from one another, like a hack and slash game where you pick up new weapons and new skills.
But they ultimately don't change your experience, really.

If you like more of the same with a few improvements here and there, great, but don't expect anything new is all i'm trying to say. I was actually rather impressed by the motion capture. Betty is great. But i've forgotten most of it already

Also, I have a review of the bloody game, have since Sunday, but the site that hosts them won't allow me to do anything, and unless my editor publishes it or fixes the problem, no review. But i'd like to say it pretty much explains my likes and dislikes of the game.

It's boring to do the tasks. By saying it's only 16 hours to do everything is me saying that for an open world game, that's pretty short. There was no real discovery, going to locations and moving bout, you're just following map markers until you cleared them all away, then your left with a vacant city basically. It's exactly like the last games then, where you clear zones of enemies until you move onto the next one or have done them all.

Think of Fallout, where you have a complete world full of life even though the place is apocalyptic and for all intents and purpose, dead. You have so much to do, you could miss some of it, and you effectively end the adventure when you want to, not when the game wants.

In ACIV, you're a pirate, you can earn money by raiding, getting into giant ship battles in a storm, take on the legendary warships, dive to find underwater treasure, use maps to located buried treasure, along with the usual from past games. It's not the best open world game anymore, because it's repeating past successes, but it does add more each time, ship gameplay specifically in this one. inFamous, meanwhile, is still repeating the same.

As long as what you're promised as a backer (a thank you, a dev kit, a shirt, etc) then they've agreed to their part of the bargain. They only promise that stuff to get you to invest different levels of payments, to then fund their project. They're still an independent company, they're not obliged to please every backer.

    Anyway, tangent over.
Now Oculus Rift is FB affiliated, Sony might have the core gamers allegiance all of a sudden. Their competitiveness just went up.

Here in Great Kingdom, or United Britain as some call it, we declare that is the right way to tell the date. Move country, and we shall forget the whole incident!

We still use imperial, even if metric is taught in school. I use inches even though school taught me centimetres.
    I'm Asian, CAUCasian. Eh, eh?

Over here, Indians, Pakistani's, etc identify as Asian as well as those of Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc decent.
I think Oriental would be a better encompassing phrase of Eastern and South Eastern Asians in my mind, and Asian for Indian, Pakistani and so forth.
Or change the continent of Asia to separate the racial majorities.
    Or just call people people.

Claims that the PC experience is superb and somehow better.
Clearly from first hand experience we disagree, we give examples of DRM, software issues, etc.
I'm waiting for specific counters on points, instead of "You're just generalising and so wrong" counter that keeps coming up

It's the assumption based on console sales in general. Why are they being bought if they're less powerful, less capable, less diverse in services, can't be modded, you have to pay to play online and the games are more expensive? The benefits must be somewhere. Generally, the public use consoles as multi media devices along with gaming. Blu Ray, Netflix, other channel services.
The ease of access to play games is another highlight. When my mate was trying to convince me to get into PC gaming, it took me ages, because the talk of RAM, Hard Drives, Motherboards, I had no clue what was going on. The ease of Xbox plays Xbox games was my thing. The OS of a console and its ease of buying it and plugging it in and your done is a big seller. It's why Steam are doing Steam machines. They've developed Steam OS to be used by non PC gamers trying to get onto the scene by making it more console OS like. Why else develop Steam Machines? It's not for already established PC games who have built a rig.

You might not agree, but you could at least give a counter argument.
