8GB DDR3-1600 or 16GB DDR3-1600 is all you need 8GB DDR3-2133 is good too but a bit more expensive than 1600 RAM speed doesn't make that big of a difference compared to other things on your PC.
What are you planning to do? I honestly think 1600 is the sweet spot between price and speed... but if I had to choose between the 2 you mention I would choose 2133

I wouldn't say all his attacks as you cannot use his Dark Aura. But yes you can use a good deal of his attacks.
It is not impossible its just too much trouble than its worth personally I could get everything but the animations to work
its fun but the leveling up is sooo slow
If I recall correctly Xemnas does not have warping animations its just an effect he does.

He did release his kh2 dumper which has the capabilities of recompiling everything but its just for kh2. As far as I know that was his only tool.
