Sora looked up at the voice, his eyes landing on Kairi. "You're welcome," he whispered, setting one foot on the ground as he brought himself a little closer to Kairi. He gave her a light kiss on the forehead, his eyes shutting as he performed the action.
Once Sora got his lunch, he supposed that he would call Riku at his house and tell him that he planned on staying with Kairi until night came around. On top of that, he would offer Riku whatever food was in his fridge, though he would have a hard time speaking the words, since he loved his food. He exhaled softly, knowing that if Riku was truly staying in NYC, he would need to restock his fridge a lot more often.
Sora brought his hand back down after a few moments, his eyes wandering down to his hands on his knees. He wasn't sure how long it would take Kairi to fall asleep, but he would stay with her up until that point. Then he would raid her fridge and hope that once she woke up, she wouldn't put him to work for stealing her food.
Love Story- Taylor Swift
These Days- Rascal Flatts
World On Fire- Trading Yesterday
The commercials and previews look funny, but, like most comedies out there, I'm afraid that the movie has used its funniest points for the commercials, and the rest of the movie will be bad. =/ So it probably won't be worth seeing it in theaters, but if I have the chance, I'll watch it when it comes out of DVD because I'm curious as to whether it'll be any good or not.
Acts of Courage- X-Ray Dog
The last movie that I saw was Charlie St. Cloud. It was pretty good; it had me in tears most of the time because it was so sad. Zac Efron does an amazing job as the lead actor, and he really is good at portraying emotions without going overboard (at least, in my opinion). Overall, though, the plot was something that's been around before, only this time, it has a mix of supernatural in it--Charlie sees dead people. Still, not a bad flick.
Sora felt more concern rise up inside him, but he tried not to let all of it show, knowing that it made Kairi feel awkward. He lifted a hand and pushed some of Kairi's hair away from her face as he spoke. "Get some rest," he encouraged softly. She obviously needed it.
"It's alright," Sora instantly said, lifting his gaze to Kairi at the apology. She had no reason to feel guilty; he had been staring at her as well. He had just been the first one to feel weird and break it off, which had left her feeling like she needed to apologize when she really didn't.
All That I Am- The Afters
Same goes for me. xD After my next post, I'm off. See you later!
Sora smiled shyly, his cheeks actually getting a little pink because of the emotion. Chill out, Sora, he told himself. If you're this easily embarrassed, then she'll realize that something is up. He lowered his hand from the back of his head, trying to get rid of his awkward feeling.
xD 'Kay. You know when you'll be on later today?
...And then Sora felt the weight of Kairi's gaze. It was almost like she was staring into his soul, which he wasn't sure she would like to see right now when he had a few things were troubling him. A shy chuckle left his lips as he lowered his gaze to the ground, his hand coming up and running over the back of his head at the same time.
Shattered- Trading Yesterday
I iz tired. xP I'm gonna get off soon.
Sora kept a faint smile on his lips, aware this time that both he and Kairi were staring at each other once again. He didn't feel awkward, though, so he didn't bother tearing his eyes away from hers. He never got tired of looking into her eyes; not after the four months he had been away.
Sora sat on his knees, facing the bed as he took in Kairi's soft smile. Under these circumstances, the smile was worth even more to him than her normal one was; he knew she wasn't feeling well, so it was good to see that she was smiling despite that.
