Panchito immediately, vigorously shook Base's freehand. "Good to see you too, Panchito." Base shook back as much as he could match Panchito's vivacity; no easy task for such an animated character. "Say, you must really like us, or something, no?" Jose smugly took a drag from his stogie and leaned on his umbrella cane. "What's the big idea?! Always calling on us for nothing but fighting great big monsters!" Donald was furious. "Tranquilo, mi amigo." Base smiled down at Donald and shook his feathery hand. "Have I ever steered you wrong before?" "YEAH!! BWACCCCCCCCCCCKK!" Donald jumped up and down and shook his fists before shouting incoherently after his confirmation of opinion. "Why I oughta..." Donald crossed his arms, plomped down on his rump, and muttered angrily to himself. "Donal', would a song help to lift your spirits? Make this a fiesta validad!" Panchito slapped Donald reassuringly on the back and pulled the duck to his feet. "Not on your life." Donald refuted, trying to stay in his grumpy state. The way in which Donald was rebuked came with the playerless introduction of trumpets and other instruments. "Awww, fine... You great big Palookas..."
April was a REALLY well trafficked month for just about everyone. Many people contributed to the story, and many still contributed to performing the best they could in moving us ahead at the rate we did. April could be a month that's hard to decide. Personally, I think Beuce's contribution with the Limit and Umbrella Keyblade at the end of the month makes him considerable. Karina, Kel, and Ananta posted every day for a whopping 15 Crown total. If it comes down to it that any one of the people I just mentioned are close to winning, I'll choose between them.
Add me to "Arena Battles" and "Spending Calculations". Also, script-writing could be a thing. Not so much controlling what happens next, but I could personally supplement to the side characters people encounter. Script-writers would take notice of people making an effort to interact with the NPCs, and then try to write something so they aren't ignored.

Dark Thorn hopped around wildly, swinging from pillar to pillar. It was a red-haired, virtual wrecking ball of fury. It had attacked once, and nothing was stopping it from attacking again. It brought up one of its tremendous claws to bring down as it leaped directly in front of party, only to be victim to a fleeting bleeping noise; Dark Thorn had exited their present flow of time to be knocked back into a liquified previous stream. Stopra being more powerful than Stop, but less powerful than Stopga, the might Boss moved the slightest hair length every few seconds. Base paced by the door. Unfortunately, this proved to be the absolute worst place to pace as the heavy wooden doors burst open all at once, casting Base to the stone floor. He looked up to see a floating phantasm; a black orb, with wiry horns, that was wrapped in chains. It's jagged jaws clattered as it bounced in its flight and took off around the grand entrance hall. It menaced Eon and D'daear before whisking away into the upstairs ballroom. Base rose to his feet, looking out the door to see the mob with their pitchforks, farm equipment, and torches. None of them looked particularly happy, particularly not the menacing tall, buff man riding on a demonic steed... Base stopped at noticing the horse. That horse looked...familiar... But as he pondered, the mob suddenly became less of a threat as one tremendous machine, a truly Infernal Engine, rolled into sight and crashed through the gate. It could only be a Heartless following behind the man on the horse and the mob. "We can't let that thing reach the castle! C'mon!" Base shouted to the others. "Somebody's going to have to go after the Heartless, and the mob will need to be held at bay as well." Base gritted his teeth, letting his magical powers blossom internally. "To arms!" Base dashed outside ahead of the group. He knew who would follow, and he knew they would because of who they were. Meanwhile, Beast led the charge into the Ballroom only to find it... empty? "I saw it come in here..." Beast grunted. He did not notice the floating ball drift down behind him to knock him over before it dived into the middle of the ballroom floor and change the whole setting to a darker version of what it was before. When the Dark Stalker revealed itself again, it twisted and shook until a black cocoon of darkness wrapped it entirely. When the darkness faded away, the chains were gone and the Heartless was much more ferocious, having been unleashed as the Dark Thorn. The Beast returned to his feet and roared.
