Personally, I think the worlds in KH3 will be the ones that made their appearance in KH 1 & 2. If what I understand of Coded, BBS, and Days (which somehow managed to just tie together rather nicely... at least in my mind) then if there is a KH3 coming out, then it would be about Sora reconnecting with the people connected to him. That would mean the worlds in KH 1 & 2, thus coming across people he has come across in the past, and probably Castle Oblivion as well. He'll probably have to "reconnect" with TVA and somehow Xion (not sure how that will turn out, though.) This is just my opinion, though. I don't know much since of the games listed above, I've only played Days, KH 1 & 2, and Re: CoM.... and can only dream of playing BBS as I don't have a PSP and lacking in money to get one. *sniff sniff*
I kinda get it now... if Saix only wanted to move up a rank, then how did someone jump to the conclusion that Saix wanted to be top dog instead of Xemnas? (okay, that sounded a little weird.) And a random thing... why can't they just sign their name at the end of the secret entries? It would be so much easier to figure out who wrote what.
