Well, it isn't us wanting to pull cheap moves.. it's just that we don't see it as an actual game issue. The way you explained it, it seemed like the main issue was the fact that the existence of D.D. crow made it so that you had to either make shorter/less big moves or be more cautious when using the grave(using it less or asking for chains when you do so.) On the contrary, D.D. crow prevents cheap moves from happening.
Still, it's only for one turn.. you have to keep asking for responses for the rest of your other turns anyway. Asking for responses during the first turn of the duel shouldn't make it that much more annoying.. Ediut: plus, you can't ban a card just because it's annoying.. and I believe we've ruled out all complains about the card's usage. It isn't that powerful anyway given it's normally just a one for one trade.
While that's true, you might as well ban Troll & lockbird and effect veiler too. and the heralds.. You could just stop and ask for a response for every move you make. You do that for the rest of the duel anyway.
I don't think that's a banworthy reason.. In fact, I believe it's one of those cards that kind of balances going first.
Oh, Abby.. you have yet to see real broken. Vylons are considered a low medium leveled deck. There are things more broken than your wildest imaginations if you're calling a monster with just 4000 atk broken.
