"No, just a bunch of stupid clouds in the way," Zepharus growled, he got fed up with climbing the mountain he jumped off the cliffside, descended a few feet then stopped himself and flew up the side of the mountain.
Zepharus kept climing the mountainside, his muscles aching from the climb. "So, Mr. Squirrl.... find the top yet?" Zepharus asked as he cought up with Xeal and Frostex.
"I'll make sure I climb a big tree and get you some ," Zepharus laughed at Xeal. "So want to explain to me why your taking the easy way? oh and Frostex trust me it gets harder, this is about as far as Xeal and I got when we were kids." Zepharus stood up on the ledge and and started climbing hte mountain again.
"We're older now Xeal," Zepharus called out to his fellow Dragon. "A challenge like this isnt as bad as it used to be." He hoisted himself up on a ledge a little under half way up the mountain. "It's only going to ger harder as we go up. Xeal. Frostex you both doing ok?"
"So you've gone from a crybaby to a wuss," Zepharus joked as he reached out for another ledge to grab onto. He lifted himself up and kept climbing hte mountain.
"Yep thats about it," Zepharus replied to Frostex as he took off running to the mountain, jumping into the air and grabbing into the rock face he started scaling the mountain.
"Yeah," Zepharus looked up to try and see the top of the mountain. "So, same rules apply? No flying, just pure strength."
"Nope, but I remember it's tall and a pain in climb. Atleast it was when we were little," zepharus laughed as he looked up at the mountain before him. "You guys ready?"
"Thanks," Zepharus smiled as he kissed Xeals hand before he walked through the portal and landed in Draco Mundo.
"Well, they'll find out sooner or later that I'm back. Might as well get it over with," Zepharus sighed as he created a portal for them to go through.
"It's not like we cant do it, it's just that we were really young when we tried to climb it," Zepharus explained.
"We Dragons have good hearing, not to mention all our other sences are sharper too," Zepharus smiled. "Now shall we go to the mountain?" OOC: be back in a few, have to take a blood pressure thing for school shouldnt be more then a few minutes but shouldnt and wont are two differant things....
"Dont tell me you still are," Zepharus laughed as he stood up and helped Xeal up off the ground. "C'mon lets go, and maybe Frostex will join us."
"More like you were too weak," Zepharus laughed. "But yeah I remember, why? Do you still want to try and make it to the top?"
"Well that would have been nice to know," Zepharus smiled. "Though I doubt I could have faced them.... I would have ran either way. Though I wish I had gone back for you and asked you to come with me." Zepharus dried Xeal's tears with his hands. "Xeal, it'll all be ok."
Zepharus smiled and laughed, "Yeah, I remember. I'm sorry I didnt come back after that night... I was afraid of them, afraid that they would kill me for coming back after they all died.... I couldnt face them. So I ran and in my guilt and shame, well more of disgust in myself, i crystalized myself and made myself forget everything." Zepharus hung his head ashamed of what he had done, to himself and Xeal.
Zepharus looked at Xeal, "Ahh!" Zepharus pushed his face into his hands clutching the sides of his face, another fmemory flashed before his eyes. Zepharus, in Human form, sat on a rock high in the mountains, the night before he lead the Dragons into the battle that would change their and his life. Xeal flew up behind him and sat next to Zepharus. Zepharus took Xeals hand in his own. "I wont be gone long. I promise, I'll come back." Zepharus liefted his head and looked at Xeal, "I remember you....us...." OOC: now youve seen character/plot development lol
"Yeah, everything a blur right now but somethings are clearing up faster than others. Give me a few hours and everything should be all clear," Zepharus explained with a smile, just glad to remember to past again.
"Yeah I think so," Zepharus mumbled rubbing his forehead. "We went to the mountains, I dont remember why or for what, but we were climbing it and we didnt make it to the top."
Zepharus brought a hand to his face, "Yeah, yeah I think so......it's just weird, all these memories.... it's like, I dont know. My head hurts though," Zepharus laughed.
