By the time he'd finally regained consciousness and gotten up, the fight was nearly over. Confused, the only thing he could register was the presence of even more strangers. So he wasn't the only 'new' person to get sucked into this tower of doom... All Poke managed to get out of the scuffle was that Operator was part of some group with the new girl, Alpha? and that he had no interest in rejoining it once they'd all escaped. His curiosity piqued slightly, but now didn't seem to be a very good time. "I'm assuming I've missed a lot of important events since I fell unconscious..." He mumbled out loud, not particularly to any specific person.

The sound of an explosion made him look behind him. He found the source in the sky, debris falling from the Quinjet that he'd assume held the agent that contacted him, along with reinforcements. And it appeared to crash into the massive beast of an android. A shiver of panic crawled down his spine, but was quelled at the sight of the agents hovering, safely, down towards the earth. As he watched them, he noticed more of the Sentinels in the distance, flying towards them. Even with the threat of death and destruction, he couldn't help himself. "Oh, that is cool." Skidding to a stop in front of the Institute, he placed his hand to his comm-link and spoke to anyone that was listening. "Good news, I'm at the mansion. Bad news--The Sentinels aren't that far behind. Oh, and the Quinjet is down, too, but the people are safe...I think. They're floating down on jetpacks." Then he began ringing the doorbell repeatedly, calling out to the people inside. "Hellooo?! Just your friendly world-saving speedster in town, trying to warn you of the giant robots coming to kill us all!"

So, the most recent episode is just...Wow. They keep setting the bar higher and higher for themselves, but this was the highest yet. How's Barry going to defeat THAT? Can't wait to see their next encounter.
I always loved the Power Rangers franchise, but it wasn't until recently that I realized some of them were a bit lacking in storyline. One of my favorites were WIldforce and RPM. Now those were fun series, AND packed some nice stories to go with. It'd be amazing to see the silly, awesome, kids show on the bigscreen but I hope they put as much work into plot as they do with the fun.

Can't do that either, no restore points. Edit: Actually, theres one thing I can think of. I think a day before the issue started, I downloaded a mod pack for Minecraft to play with my friends(Attack of the B-Team), and there was no issue involving sound at all for that day. The day after is when the issue started, though.

Blinking in surprise, he put his hand up to it to respond. "Uhh, yeah, this is Flash." He listened, and was glad to hear that he wasn't going to be alone in his mission. He may be fast, but at this point, he knew teamwork was just as important as his speed. "Uh-huh, capiche, comprende, and all of that stuff! Just...one question. How'd you connect to my commlink?"

Pressed Post by accident, hold on until I finish typing the rest! I haven't touched my computer at all since last night, and when I open it, it's gone. It's a Windows 7, so there's the little arrow pointing up down in the taskbar that says "Show hidden icons" when you over over it. When I hover over the audio icon, it says "No Audio Output Device is installed." I tried restarting, can't system restore since there's no restore points, tried troubleshooting but it just says "Conexant SmartAudio HD has a driver problem" And when I go to device manager, there's this I checked the properties for all the icons with the yellow triangle and it tells me "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" I tried uninstalling all of those and Scanning, which reinstalled them, but the sound still doesn't work. Any ideas?
