Nny quickly and easily made conversation with the new comer "I know, right? Or if not come down here and make sure he's dead, make sure he's dead and then throw him over. I mean, some people are just too sloppy about this kind of stuff." Nny then folded his arms. "You know, the way I see it, if we all have to kill each other, at least we can do it in a civilized manner. I mean, this..." Nny pointed to the body "... This isn't civilized at all! It's just anarchy here!"
Nny jolted back in shock. He quickly man to the side of the dead man. He recognized the man as a teacher from the school, Master Westus. Nny checked to see if he was even alive before looking up at where the man had fallen. He noticed blood stains on the railing about two floors up. Nny quickly jumped off some poles to get up there to see if the killer was still around, but alas, no one was present. Nny jumped back down and stood next to the body of his former school teacher. He stared at the dead corpse, watched as it made no movement or sound. It was simply lifeless. Nny had never seen a dead body before, and this was... it was just... "I never liked you, you always were a stickler for the rules." Nny said before going to get someone for assistance.
"Many will be, but they are not all gathered yet. However, now is not the time. You will know the call when you recieve it. Until then, I must leave you." Said the man, getting up and exiting "Take care my friend." Then as he left he could be heard mumbling "I am getting good at this!"
The man continued to follow Alastair "I trust that you are taking this boy to the Monestary for healing purposes?" The man asked, proding for information about what was so special about the building they were all heading to.
The man paused for a bit before saying "Good... I wasn't really wanting you to kill a teacher here." The man passed over the contract for Drei to see it was completely blank. "I just wanted to get an idea of what your moral standing was. And I am glad to be right." The man got up and sat in a chair closer to Drei "Now, here is my real proposition. How would you like to be apart of a team of people who would be willing to do what ever it took to see justice done?"
"Sorry, a little shaken up after what we just experienced." said the man. He then continued to follow Alastair to the monastery. The town was, if nothing else, quaint. But much too silent for the man's liking.
"I'm sorry, but I can only tell you that information if you refuse to accept. See, if you found out and didn't accept then there would have to be consequences. You might attempt to warn the teacher or others, and I can't let you get away with that." Said the man in a cold voice. "If you accept, then I will hand you this contract which you would sign, and then I would give you the teachers name."
"Well, if you refuse the offer, I will most definently be sad, that's for sure." Said the man "Nothing bad will happen to you, I will simply have to find another."[DOUBLEPOST=1365948641][/DOUBLEPOST] Nny was walking through the hallways stretching himself out after his test. He had done so well that he could hardly believe it. That was a lie, Nny believed every bit of it. Nny thought he was completely awesome and wasn't afraid to say it out loud. Suddenly, Nny saw Mixt walking through the hallways. Nny didn't say anything, he just kept walking like nothing was going on. Wasn't that the man who killed the boy? thought Nny. Nny walked right passed him before turning around to take a glance at him from behind. Nny continued to not say anything. Nny then turned around and kept walking.
Atrox smiled. "Thank you, my lordship, I will most definently keep my impulses under control." With that Atrox walked out of the chamber, and once he was out he began running. Atrox ran down the streets until he got to a bar where his horse was tied up. He quickly ran inside, grabbed a drink without paying for it, saddled up his horse, and took off. He rode his horse to a settlement outside the city and in the settlement were men, and lots of them. Atrox had gathered men he deemed worthy for battle for just this occasion. "Saddle up boys, we're heading off to war!" All the men shouted and got on their horses. The men all followed Atrox, seeing him as their leader. And Atrox was headed to the front line to see what tactics he could pull off to give him his general rank that he deserved for so long. He rode to one of the Empire's signature airships and all the men followed him. The rode up onto the airship, horses and all. Atrox went up to the pilot and said "Take us to the Aria frontlines. Immediatly."[DOUBLEPOST=1365956455][/DOUBLEPOST] The unknown man carried Vitan on his back and examined his surroundings. Save for the life located in the tavern, everywhere else seemed to be desolate and silent. The man looked for signs of life anywhere else but there were none... It could mean two things: A party or celebration of some kind, or maybe something more vile. "Some of us should stay outside while the others go in and negotiate. I have a bad feeling in my gut." said the man.
"Simple, you are very innocent looking, no one would know it was you. And also I think you are talented enough to get the job done." Said the man. "Now, will you do it?"
Atrox pushed the others aside, walked up to the Emperor, and knelt before him "Your majesty, it would be my honor and pleasure to serve you in this way. I pray that you give me the power to please you with endless victories in your name." Atrox had been forming his words carefully for some time now and was thankful when he didn't mess them up. This had been the opportunity Atrox had been awaiting for so long. The chance to finally command armies!
The man began talking. "Well, you see, I've been observing you and you are a very good student and, because of that, I have a little job for you. I want you to kill a teacher here without anyone knowing about it, do you think you can handle that?"
A man in a white cloak walked into the library, and then sat down at the table Drei was sitting at. The man wore a hood so that his face would not be seen. The man glanced over at Drei and then said "So... late night, huh?" The man then paused before saying "Hey, can I ask you a question?"
Dr. Traken walked about the halls, pondering the events that had transpired during the test. Mixt had killed someone? Not possible. At least, not by accident. Dr. Traken tried to formulate theories on why Mixt would commit such a henious act, but in the end, concluded that such thoughts were useless and that only the killer would know the true answer. Dr. Traken instead focused his thoughts on obtaining the remaining ingrediants for his Elixir of Life. Dr. Traken knew he could not stay at the school any longer. The proper ingrediants were needed to make the Elixir and they were scattered all over the world. Dr. Traken knew he would have to seek out the ingrediants himself, no matter how dangerous.
I feel most nostalgic whenever hearing Billy Zane's voice! And my favorite moment had to be the whole "Darkness is the heart's true essence" speech by Billy Zane and then Sora's comments after it. "I know the heart may be weak, and sometimes, it may even give in. But I've learned that deep down, there is a light that never goes out!" "So you have come this far and still you understand nothing... Every light must fade... EVERY HEART RETURN TO DARKNESS!!!"
Nny stood in the middle of the forest. The test he was about to face was a special one. It was him against an opposing team. Nny knew they would move as a group and figured it was only a matter of time before they found him. Nny waited on this. He figured they would all fall into his trap. Suddenly, four students came flying out of the trees, all of them coming down on Nny... Nny just stood there silent for a moment before jumping up in the air above them all. All four students began falling towards the ground where Nny stood a moment ago, and they all panicked. For underneath Nny was a hole. This hole was a portal hole and when the students went through, they arrived directly on top of Nny, who had his wooden sword ready. Nny had used this trick to bring his opponents into unkown territory when entering the portal. Not knowing what to expect. This also helped Nny use specific attacks that they were unprepared for. Nny swung his wooden sword around in a circle and knocked them all away from himself and into different parts of the forest. The hit, along with the fall knocked all four of the students out. Leaving Nny the victor...
Nny could see he wasn't going to get what he wanted, but when Phisoxa said it was going to be getting dark, Nny remembered that he had a special test he must attend to. "Well, actually, I just remembered that I have a test I must attend. Even though the test from a day back ended in disaster, life goes on." Nny then turned to Shero and said "Well, I will always be here if you need help studying." Nny then began to walk away, but then came back and stood infront of Shero "Hmm... well, in case I get killed..." Nny kissed Shero right there. "... At least people will say that I went out with a bang." Nny then walked out of the library and to his testing grounds.
"Well, the garden's are nice and yes rooms are stuffy, but gardens are simply too distracting with nature constantly moving and what not." Nny quickly said, trying to deter the obviously smarter one from taking away his hunt. Nny quickly got between the two and held onto Shero, attempting to get Phisoxa away. "Obviously you have that mythology test that you need to do, so why don't you go do that while I take your friend here for some private one-on-one tutoring." Nny then looked at Shero and said "Don't worry kid, you're in good hands."
Nny thought for a second. He had read most of the books in the library before and even though he was pretending to work there, he knew everything well enough that he might as well be working there. Nny hesitated for a second before going down a couple of ailse's and finding the book the lady had requested. "Here you go, miss. You know, I've read that book before, it's very good. I can help you if you want to study some of it. How about we go up into my dorm room and look it over together?"
Nny sat in the library, quiet and alone. He had just finished reading a book on dark magics and spells, since they were the only one's he had yet to learn. However, information was scarce... and even though the book had information, it cleverly avoided telling how dark magic works or how it could be used. Simply stating it's capabilities. Nny then spotted two beautiful ladies walk in, and Nny decided he didn't want to be alone anymore. He walked up confidently to both of them and said. "Hello, there, I couldn't help but notice you two beautiful young ladies walk in, can I help you with anything today, like finding you a book?"
