I'm just going to say it clearly that, as a woman and as a person of color, representation matters. To be honest, to say that we "need" or to ask "where are the men" is sort of like the myth of "reverse-racism." It should matter who that person is in terms of identity (race, gender, orientation), because, if well-written, their identity shapes and molds the traits that make them strong in the first place. I think the statistics out there speak for themselves that the overall leading representation of identity are straight, white males.

Now, on to what we now know of "strong" female characters. Certainly, the realization that we need some ladies (with actual speaking roles and parts) has come to fruition with the badassery of Elsa and Anna from Frozen, Black Widow from The Avengers, Katniss from The Hunger Games, Olivia Pope from Scandal, etc. For people to continue calling them strong though, as opposed to really any other synonym in the freakin' Thesaurus is demeaning. They are and should be labeled more than just "strong."

So yeah, to put it into perspective, the reason why we don't associate "strong" as a trait to male characters is because they are already treated better and therefore, labeled differently in that manner. They are this, they are that. And yet, main female characters lately, at least in the general media, are only called "strong."

Well, it depends on the size of your mouth and teeth. Like in my instance, I have a small mouth and relatively big teeth, so I probably should get them removed pretty soon since they are fully grown out lol. I don't feel any pain yet, so I'll probably keep them in. I think it's more of me afraid of going through the operation itself over anything else (most people say this is an "irrational" fear, but I have personal reasons :x ).

But if the wisdom teeth are big enough to fit in your mouth alongside your other teeth with no pain, then I suppose it doesn't matter.

I know this is probably a late reaction since these screenshots have been out since forever ago, but wow, I love seeing the close-up details and textures of the costumes and characters compared to SSBB, especially the change in Zero Suit Samus' costume looks amazing~

I guess why the talk for more current Disney stuff is so high is 'cause of Disney acquiring full Pixar rights and whatnot (and thus Disney releasing more CGI films over 2D animation). But yeah, I don't see why they wouldn't add it in lol. It kinda would be one of their selling points for people to buy the game (other than the KH fans).

btw, there are already too many Frozen parodies D:

    Well, I guess I'm Amaury's mom, then. :/

But anyway, since I use my FB in a different language, it also took me a while to get it updated. I think it might be one of the many glitches that doesn't let it go to the new style immediately.

Now, Blazblue isn't really an RPG, but I guess if I had to recommend something, it is on the top of my list (albeit, quite short list) of PSP games, along with its sequels. They are pretty good games on the console versions, but I think the gamestyle fits more in the mobile gaming platform, so maybe if you wanna try something out of your comfort zone, I'd say go for Blazblue. c:

I also highly suggest Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection, as well as the ports for Final Fantasy I & II just for the nostalgia. Patapon is also a great and addicting game, hehe.

    Sorry Nova

Oh wow speaking of which just spent 3 hours trying to win this minigame and trying to follow FAQ's that all say "lol no really good luck."

But yeah, this minigame doesn't necessarily reflect the integrity of the other minigames in this and in other FF games. It's just a little frustrating how this one just happens to depend wholly on luck and to be a requirement for Tidus' ultima weapon. D:

I'm more on the side of being a Pescatarian, since fish meat generally has more of the vitamins, omega-3, and oils that I need and am deprived of in my health. Although, coming from a family that eats really almost anything, I break out of that every once in a while to try something my dad cooks up.

I admit part of this mentality comes from wanting to lose weight and be more healthy, but I've been finding myself feeling weird after eating a lot of meat in a single week (whether it's the actual quality of the food declining or my body is changing in some way). In some cases, I would rather prefer to try to the vegan/vegetarian alternatives for certain foods (like cookies or cakes). But yeah, I agree that they should try to make vegetarian foods and the like more cheaper and accessible.
