Shapur turned to see Luna, who had just run off, blaming herself for their failure. He figured he might as well share some of the blame. He approached the small group, stopping right next to Luna. "Silence, girl. You're not the only one. We all share the blame. If one person fails, the whole unit fails. We stand as one. We are all to blame."

Shapur looked around at the people as Luna explained that they were keybladers as well. "Interesting. Then it appears there are more than the elder initially thought." When Luna walked off and suggested they say hi to everyone, Shapur blinked. "I'm not really one for..." He sighed. She was already gone. "I guess it wouldn't hurt..." He mumbled, following along behind her. If faced with introducing himself, Shapur would not take the initiative. He would stand a foot or two behind Luna.

Shapur finally walked inside the building, marveling at the sheer size of it all. It seemed to be at least twice as big as the feasting hall back home. Shapur looked over at Luna as she greeted everyone. He shook his head. That girl had energy, he'd give her that. He didn't really like her at first because of that energy, but she has grown on him. Like a tumor. It was as the code said; "No bond is stronger than one forged in the fires of battle." He wasn't quite at the level of trust where he would call them Shield-Siblings, but he was close enough to trust them to have his back. He approached Luna. "You." He said in a tone that was probably more rude than he intended. "What is this place? Who are these people?"

    Chronicle

I enjoyed the movie. I saw it a little bit after it came out, so my memory may be a little fuzzy, but it combined "found footage" with actual movie filming, right?

If i'm wrong, I bet I sound really stupid.

    • What ideas on the shape or structure of the universe do you agree with and support the most?
I agree with Crypt when he says that the universe is spherical. It would absolutely make the most sense if the Big Bang Theory is true.
    • Do you think that multiple universes exist?
I have always been intrigued by this so called, "Multiverse Theory." However, at this point, I have to say no. There really isn't any tangible evidence out of everything i've read about it that suggests that there are multiple universes. It is an interesting idea and within the realm of possibility, though. We'll see what comes.
    • Will we be able to comprehend the size of the universe to the point of easy travel through its immense size, if "comprehension" is even necessary?
I think humans, as intelligent as we are, are incapable of even beginning to comprehend the universe's size. As for traveling around it, there are definitely ways that we can experiment with interstellar travel. (warp drive, worm holes, and such)
    • Out of the many hypotheses, how do you think the universe was created?
As a man of science and a critical thinker, I have to go with the Big Bang Theory. While the theory itself may not be able to explain everything, it explains enough to satisfy me.
    • If there are statistically other intelligent organisms existing in our universe, where are they, and why have they not appeared to us yet?
Intelligent organisms may very well be out there somewhere in the universe. If our universe is indeed infinite, mathematics say that if you go far enough, a pattern will repeat. Meaning, there may be another you, there may be another me, there may be an exact copy of our Earth right down to the rocks and dirt somewhere far away. But anyway, if there is intelligent life out there that hasn't contacted or appeared to us, I can think of a few possible reasons off the top of my head...

    1. Their culture is primitive, or at least not to the point in their technology where they can contact us or visit our planet.
    2. They are trying to contact us, but their messages are taking a long time to get here because of the distance between our planets.
3.They are already here and are taking a "covert" approach to learning about us. They may even be giving us little "nudges" in the field of science.
    4. They may be in the early stages of their evolution.
    • Will all universes with similar conditions eventually form intelligent life fitting with their internal physics?
It would make sense. Intelligent life may differ in appearance and their zones of tolerance depending on what universe you go to.
    • What is the role, if any, of life in a universe?
Our role, as is the goal with all life, is simply to survive and reproduce.

    I didn't really like the mana bar, but I really like the command deck system of the most recent games. Although, it goes between two extremes;

MP Bar - Spellcasting is impractical and a mage character is going to have a difficult time.

Command Deck - Spellcasting becomes too easy and the challenge is gone.

I think a good balance between the two would work best.

Welcome, welcome, welcome. I know you'll love this place. Try and make some friends and find something here you'll really enjoy doing. (The role-playing is what keeps me coming back, personally) We have a friendly staff, great people, intelligent and sometimes not so intelligent conversations, and a massive forum full of trouble to get into. (But don't get in trouble)

Read the rules if you haven't already and all that jazz.

    Have fun.

Shapur will equip Treasure Trove and High Jump.
And spend one point on Power.

Shapur rode to The Land of Departure. He realized that this was going to be his first time seeing this place. He never imagined he would get to see such sights. His world now seemed to be just a single speck in a sea of stars. He landed at his destination, his glider vanishing. He looked around at this new place. It was almost overwhelming.

Shapur had watched the scene from afar, not seeing the point in intervening. He approached the group once Dopey pulled a small keyhole out of his pocket. "Is that...?" The elder told him a bit about these keyholes. He looked around at everyone. "Alright, I see what I have to do." He pointed his keyblade at the keyhole and marveled at the spectacular beam of light that shone forth and entered the keyhole. "Well, I guess that's that."

Shapur had shook off the physical toll of the battle and ran to check on the princess. His pride was hurt, but he was otherwise okay. Once the barrier rose, he stopped just short of it. He saw the masked boy from earlier and glared at him. He called on his keyblade and waited. Something told him he couldn't just smash through this barrier.
