The Cactuar Village sidequest is torture but Rikku's Godhand is probably the easiest to get of the Celestial Weapons. I still think I only have like two, maybe three.

Can we at some point get a trailer that's not absolute nonsense? There's a way to keep the story a surprise for players while still letting us know what the premise of the game is. Every FFXV trailer seems to fit into two categories, "hang out with the bros" or "angst-ridden characters look off into the distance."
BBS had awful voice direction. Every one of the voice actors sounded really off-note and off-key, even Jesse McCartney who we know is otherwise really good. I feel the same way about FFXIII, which had some spectacular voice actors who sounded bored and detached from the scenes they were in. It seems like that's the case with BBS. Terra's VA was probably the most offensively bad; Aqua's was more of a persistent meh for me, but I like the match of the voice actress to her character. Both got better as the game went on and I have confidence in them to do well in future releases.

It's fun! It's definitely not a must play especially considering you won't be able to play the sequel for another year, but I really enjoyed it.

I really would love to stream but I just don't have the time any more. :( It's a shame because I'll have a snazzy new PC soon and I have a capture card. Maybe when I graduate college lmao I'm so vanilla though, I couldn't really do any gimmicks. I don't eat any really spicy foods and I don't drink so there goes two of the most fun streams. (I don't know if drunk streaming is a thing but I know my drunk kitchen is and I love it)
Honestly I would really like to play Until Dawn but I am poor and a chickenshit. It looks hilarious though. Maybe if I see it on sale I'll pick it up and give it a go.
I'm starting to think that 2.9 will still be happening and will collect the remasters on the PS4. It wouldn't make sense to make this 2.8 if there wasn't a 2.9 coming.
Just watched the trailer, I'm very surprised by a 2016 release. I'm guessing it will be later in the year and that the BBS thing won't be very long, then, but damn that's soon.

Honestly the first time I watched through I didn't really understand the hype. I started out trying to hate it, actually. But I rewatched it a second time not long after it ended and realized how foolish I was and I've been obsessed ever since. I've probably watch it full through four times now (planning to again soon, my bf has only seen it once), I even got to take a class in it.

I bought my first part today! I found a 7950 on sale for $112 which is a fair bit newer / more powerful than a 750Ti and cheaper than the one I had picked out. Going to be buying the rest over the next two weeks (looking for deals and ****).
