Your argument was that TCG has different banlists than OCG, however when they release in the TCG, they aren't immediately implemented into the ban list yet, thus making your argument mute. The only reason the legality thing is there is because it's simply an accessibility rule. There is not much different between OCG and TCG in this case.

I believe this is your main argument and I must ask.. would you say treeborne frog is too much of a reward? I mean, it's not even once per turn. would you rather it was split into two cards; a spell that said "during your draw phase, you can add this card from the graveyard to your hand instead of conducting your draw. If you control no other spell or trap cards, you can special summon 1 treeborne frog from your graveyard and draw 1 card." and treeborne frog itself? Before you state that there is the requirement of not having S/T out on the field, I shall say that one of Fred's self-recycling spells require you to have at least 5 cards banished face-down on either side. In addition to this, his other effect simply searches a spell. Not much of a "reward" if it costs a discard. That basically means skipping your draw phase to discard a card so you can search a DHD spell. That is no reward. Might I add in conclusion to this response, that possibly the biggest issue you have is the LP gaining effect. I have to say.. unless you meet the tough requirement of getting 10 or more cards banished face-down, treeborne frog is better than that LP gain. at least you get to tribute fodder. Also, remember.. he is converting his draw into a spell, which a lot of things negate. That is simply high risk, high reward, not simply reward by itself.[DOUBLEPOST=1423267494][/DOUBLEPOST]
That is legality, not practicality. By your logic all cards released from OCG to TCG should be illegal because they have not decided to ban them yet.

Alternatively, if you're bilingual, you can buy Japanese cards and throw them into your English card deck because being one is just that badass.

No, please don't decrease the amount of DHD spells. That would just defeat the argument that DHD spells > Pot of Greed! We must not have that.

As long as a card(s) is released by konami and has reached physical manifestation there is no difference between TCG and OCG. I really hope people can understand why this is so. And he said how many of his spells he was running (which is less than 3 copies, mind you). There is no need to banlist a set of cards where they make the deck dead when run at 3 each. That simply makes no sense. This leads us to the conclusion that they should be accepted under the idea that they aren't ban-worthy due to not being good run at 3 and not limited/semi limited worthy since Fred was running them at that amount and yet still got dead hands.

Personally though, I would like to as why you continue to argue a dead point when you have been left with nothing to use as arguments..

If you control a "Galaxy-Eyes" monster: Negate the activations of your opponent's Spell Cards, Trap Cards, and monster effects that are in the same Chain as this card, and if you do, shuffle all of those negated cards on the field into the Deck. If you control a "Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" monster, you can activate this card from your hand.

With these two monsters, I can overlay to Xyz summon Sarliege lord galaxion!
and I shall detach 2 Xyz material from him to summon Galaxy-eyes photon dragon from my deck in face-up attack position!

Since I have two light monsters on my field, I can special summon guardian of order from my hand.

Who I am going to overlay with Galaxy-eyes photon dragon to Xyz summon Number 107: Galaxy-eyes Tachyon Dragon!

Now that your field has been cleared, I'll go ahead and overlay Galaxy wizard with Galaxy-eyes photon dragon to Xyz summon Number 62: Galaxy-eyes prime photon dragon!

Afterwards, I discard photon crusher to special summon Galaxy soldier from my hand! his effect allows me to add 1 galaxy monster from my deck to my hand.
    I add:

Next I'll activate galaxy zero to special summon the crusher I just discarded!
    [IMG][IMG]

And I'll just immediately overlay him with my Summoner Monk to Xyz summon Number 101: Silent Honors Arc Knight!
    [IMG][IMG]

Now then.. it's time to end this.
Silent Honors Arc Knight, attack Fred directly!
    -2100

I detach one Xyz material to activate Prime Photon dragon's effect. He gains 200 atk for each rank on the field. there's 12, so his atk becomes 6400.
Galaxy-eyes Prime Photon dragon! attack directly with Primal Stream of Destruction!!!

    I draw!
    *standby*
    *main phase 1*
first I normal summon summoner monk, which goes into defense position immediately with its effect.
Next I shall use its effect, discarding 1 spell card to summon a level 4 monster from my deck. It may not be able to do anything this turn, but it doesn't need to.
    Special summon:
And I shall now activate Galaxy wizard's effect, making it level 8!
with that, I can activate galaxy expedition to summon Galaxy-eyes photon dragon from my deck in defense mode!

With him on my field, I can activate this spell card: Photon stream of destruction!
This allows me to banish that face-down monster of yours.
If you control a "Galaxy-Eyes" monster: Target 1 card on the field;banish that target. If you do not control "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon", you can only activate this card during your turn.

    What is it?

Fred's argument stands most reasonable. Sure, you can infinite search your spells which can also be self-recycled, but that's at the cost of your draw phase. You may say the dragons can search themselves, but they each require a -1 or more to summon, making them weaker version of koaki meiru. I hereby declare all arguments from Yakumo overruled. *slams ban-hammer*
