Does negating the effect remove the spell counters? Since I technically activated it doesn't it mean the spell counters are still applied?
Okay. I'll activate my face down card. My Cerberus should now have an extra 1000 attack from the spell cards I played and Blast Magician should have 2 spell counters on it.
