Is Pain gonna be an Honored? If that's the case, I will accept her.
Ehh Just ask me here. My Skype is wonky.
Gonna give this a little bump
Mya sighed. "Well it seems I don't have much of a choice. You can't just wander around town. Sooner or later, someone will find out. I guess you should stay here until you're ready to leave. There's a basement here that only I know about. You can rest there for the time being."
Mya overheard Celeste speak out the name Abelard. She heard about him. He was a man very close to her own father. She had seen some of his designs before on paper, but never in real life. It was also believed he also created the model of weaponry that now the current military uses. Not only regular military weapons, but also artistic looking ones too. He truly was a brilliant man. "You're father was really a brilliant man. Making weapons like these...and to think he hid all of these in such a place! What brilliance!" She walked over to a wall full of handguns. She herself wasn't interested in regular weapons. In fact, she was a sucker for artistic and unique looking weapons, which was enough in this room to put her into a meltdown state, but it wasn't the time. She carefully lifted a unique looking revolver and handled it a little. It was a little heavy, but she knew how it worked thanks to her handgun training for years and years. She twirled the gun in her hands and landed some nice flips. She was very tempted to fire a shot, but it wasn't a time to fool around. She nodded in satisfaction. Once this was all over, she would create her own weapon similar to this design. It was a shame she couldn't take it with her. Then again... "I-in a situation like this, he wouldn't mind us using these weapons would he?" Just as she said that, she heard a loud clang and seeing a sword broken in half. She shook her head ans sighed. "I hope he doesn't get mad at us if he decides to come back here..." Deciding to wanting to hold it a little longer, she also took the holster and carried it around her while continuing to examine the many weapons placed along the room while listening to Alastair. It was true. They were in a very dangerous position. Even with weapons, they had superior magic skills that wouldn't matter how many weapons they had. Escape seemed to be the only option. "Well a room like this needs to have an exit right? There should be one."
Mya nodded. "Well bet Bheliar. Since this is somewhat of a situation you're in, feel free to stay in here as long as you like. I do want to warn you that if the priests come back, refrain from talking to them. Let me handle that. They're not strong enough to detect a demon from glance, but they can sense one if you talk too much. With all that being said, what brought you and that other "pleasant" man here to Vision?"
Mya stared at him coldly until he left. She then sighed and turned back tot he rest of the people. "I'm sorry you guys had to experience that. I'm...very expressive when it comes to the topic of demons. I want to say something, but in this time, all it does is brand you as a traitor. I won't be surprised if I'm wanted b this afternoon. That man would do something like that. I don't care." She sighed wearily and sat down. "Anyways, I've done my little job. Anything else I can do for you guys?"
"I know too well of what they can do! I've lost countless friends and family members to their hands. I do not deny that, but what you're saying is that a whole race is condemned just because of what a few did! Are you saying that? Are you standing at a point where you would assume the face of a nation or race just because of an action one person or group did? Perhaps there are good and bad demons. Are you saying we humans are better than them? I deny that. If not, worse than them. We think we have the hand and hammer to strike justice wherever we can only to realize we only spread fear and tyranny to our so called "enemies." You're views are shallow and you are denying the truth. If you strongly believe I am wrong, then go ahead. Take my life. It's more difficult to change the mind of a stubborn man than to win a war by yourself."
Having enough of this, Mya stepped in front of the man, pulling out her sword and deflecting his blow away from him. "I'm not the one to interrupt things like this, but you're going too far. True demons are creatures wrong in all sorts of areas, but YOU need to think! You're a thick-headed brat! All you can think about is killing off him! Think! Just because a tragedy happened due to a demon does NOT mean they are all bad! Stop thinking like a brat and look at the big picture! Stop assuming and be logical!"
Oh dammit. My bad I'll fix that up
Mya quietly watched the conflict between the two guys until her irritation broke through and slammed her hand on the table. "Stop it! Both of you! You're not here to prove whether he's a demon or not. To be honest, I don't care! You just think you can ask me to heal someone and expect me to heal another person just because I can? What am I? A healer bent to your use? How shallow are your views on us? I've had it with you. Both of you in fact! Bickering like children! If you want to continue, do it outside!" She hastily gave the man a quick heal before kicking open the door. "If you're done here, I suggest you leave." She meant it for both of them, but she was giving Alastair a cold stare.
Every Japanese made game should have the option to have Japanese voices instead (ex. Ni No Kuni)
Dammit the site didn't notify me of updates and now I am far behind D:
Mya frowned at their explanation. "War huh? That's bad news. I suspected it to start a lot sooner. Nevertheless I shall do what I can. My magic isn't as strong as the priests, but since all of them left for their monthly trek, I probably can do enough to prevent him from dying." She exhaled and laid her hands upon Vitan. A bright light emitted from her hands and engulfed him in light, repairing most of the damage. Soon enough, his body looked mostly ok with the exceptions of a few marks here and these. "Alright. This should keep him alive. I strongly recommend that you let him rest. His body is not yet revitalized for physical use. I suggest waiting for a priest to make sure he heals fully."
Mya smiled. "A pleasure to meet you. I'm Mya. So-" She was then interrupted by more people walking in. Since when did this place become so damn popular all of a sudden...She cleared her throat and walked over to the people that walked in. "Welcome. Hmm...your friend here seemed to have some serious injuries. May I ask what happened?" She pulled off her gloves and examined Vitan.
O goodie :P
Waiting for a response, her thoughts were interrupted by Masaru and Star walking in. She completely forgot they saw Masamune as a heartless killer. Damn...I completely forgot. If only they know the complexity of the whole thing...She nodded, deciding not to complicate this anymore. Him and his threats again. Besides the killng during the first week, he never really kept his word on his threats. It sorta made her smile on the inside. She knew he wouldn't cause that much trouble. Until his little act interrupted her thoughts. The answer huh? I guess I do...After seeing him teleport out, she turned back to Star and Masaru with a smile, though it didn't feel right since the town was somewhat burned down. "Anyways my friends, it's nice to see you guys again."
Mya nodded and placed it back into her inventory, a small hint of sadness as she noticed him not saying her name as if it would get him into trouble should he say it. "Oh it's fine. Not a lot of people, but I don't really mind. And the guys part isn't true. I got a lot of hype just from you being with me in the tournament. That's enough for the guys to stay away from me. They believe you'd kill them if they gotten within 20 feet." She gave a small laugh. "Ahh...people are so gullible. Believing every rumor and story...but is it really a rumor though Masamune?" She looked up at him closely. "Is it?"
Mya shrugged. "Figures. He wasn't the type that would be into clothes. Meh whatever. Everyone is going in a panic after that move here." She yelped softly as he spun around her and whispered into her ear. "Look at you, being all cheeky with me..." She was about to respond until he responded to his own question, his face making Mya question his position as of now, but his other comment perked her up. "Yea I still have it..." She pulled out the dagger. It seemed like a long time ago since she was given this dagger my Masamune. It was the last time she saw him before today. "I don't throwaway things like this if they hold such a value within them. I'm not talking about money. I'm talking about memories." She stared at the dagger with hazy eyes before shaking her head and smiling. "Why bring this up all of a sudden? You want it back?"
Mya smiled, even letting out a small laugh. "You're still the same like back then. Worrying about small things like my shop and stuff. Apologizing like that. Making excuses. You don't have to say all these things. You're always in something when stuff like this happens, but I know better than to ask." She stared back with her deep, blue eyes. "No matter how frustrated I get with you doing all these kinds of crap, I know you'll pull through with that cocky smile of yous and giving me your usual 'By the way, I won't be seeing you for a while.' talk. It's just...I'm glad to see you're fine. Orders or not, you would've come back anyways. Speaking of orders, when did lil' old PoH started to care about my business? I don't remember him wanting to buy some flashy new clothes." The game did put a toll on Mya, giving her a more carefree attitude than before, some would even say dangerously ignorant as well as deathly protective of her friends.
