Never said I was. The earlier version definitely had more umph to it. The game was meant to be played by studying behavioral changes, and there were many ways to detect the changes that clearly pointed to who Kira was. The players collaborated within the game thread itself and were meant to make accusations based on their speculation. Those who played out of complete guesswork were the first to die always. Constant death has the probability of seeing those said players leave the game because it was "omg boring!!" Players often failed to collaborate with each other. The entire purpose of the "detective" was not followed through. Throwing out clues every so often doesn't make the game necessarily all that fun either. It lacks challenge. What part of figuring out a challenging game makes me superior? Yup.
