So, to be blunt, I'm surprised you are getting emails at all. While things have been done to at least temporarily fix email, there always ends up being errors again. All these issues stem from problems we've had with our host, more specifically issues he has with the server we use for emails facing issues from most major email providers. This, unfortunately, is beyond our control. We've begun looking at other hosts for KH-Vids but until we make the move, there is going to be email problems. I am really sorry for any inconvenience this causes. As someone who used the email system for certain stuff on KHV, I understand how frustrating it can be.

Implemented. Added Steam, PSN, Xbox Live, and Switch friend codes(will update this once Nintendo actually implements the ability to use Nintendo IDs for finding friends w/ the Switch which I believe they said they were going to). Removed Windows Live.

Please provide some background information about the game you are discussing. The point of the General Gaming Section is to express what games you enjoy and bring others in to talk about it. While making a thread please provide a few sentences about what the game is about. This is helping people who either are looking for new games to play and want to read what most of their peers think about it Keep games to a single topic. Games all have their dedicated thread to discuss them in. Instead of making individual threads whenever new information or a new trailer is released, update the existing thread with the relevant information. If it is the first thread to be created on that game, it will be considered to be the main thread on that game and further new information, news or discussion about the game is to happen there. Use the search button. It’s there for a reason. It is there to help you and direct you to the relevant threads. If a staff member knows one was created previously they will close the most recent one or merge it. Don’t spam. If you wish to discuss something else than what the current topic you are browsing in is about, feel free to create a new thread in the appropriate place. Keep topics on topic. Spam will get deleted and repeat offenses of it will get you a warning, so let's keep spam out! Bumping is allowed, to an extent. You may only bump old threads if you have something to contribute to the discussion of the topic. This could be a new piece of info, trailer, or opinions on the game. No Console/game Wars. They aren’t going to take you anywhere with that kind of argument. Everyone has different views on gaming consoles and what they like. It is not your job to tell them otherwise. So no posts says “well maybe you should have bought a ps4/xbox one/switch because they are better” or "Wow Halo sucks.. COD is way better". Your posts will be deleted and be considered as spam. No Short term abbreviations. Please put the full name of the game in the title. In the thread itself please avoid abbreviated names. There are games with the same acronyms such as GOW= God of War or Gears of War. That's all folks! Yes you can enabled it on a per-user group basis. I've alerted Karuta to implement it. He's the server owner and is the only one that can adjust the settings on the Staff role. It should be implemented when he gets the alert.

There is now a dark version available. This was sort of a design decision of trying to evoke the feeling of the old banner but not have a banner stretch across the entire width of the screen, sorta like how the 9.0 logo is.

For those who aren't familiar with the concept, on the KH-Vids Podcast we occasionally decide to do special episodes focused on a certain video game, movie, book, etc. in all its spoiler-y glory. This time around we choose to focus on Final Fantasy XV, the long awaited latest entry to the Final Fantasy series. We begin by discussing our general thoughts around the game and from there we launch into a discussion on our reactions to the story and the characters, our reactions to certain events that happen with in the game, and its musical splendor. We also cover the gameplay of the title, particularly some of the more awful sequences that happen during the game. As a warning, we also talk about some other Final Fantasys during our discussion on XV so be warned that we also spoil some plot points to Final Fantasy VI, VII, and XII.
