Well, I don't know about a host that straight-up gives you a forum, but 000webhost will let you have a site on their server. After you sign up, you can install a forum to your site.
To be honest, im not sure anyone has even looked into making that. This is the best I can give you. Is their a code that can possibly fix the damn glitch when exiting the data organization battles? I keep falling threw the floor everytime I try to leave the room. I was thinking infinite jump might work to get back inside the map, but im not sure if the walls will block me from coming back into the map.

What your asking is actually quite advanced. Extracting the maps from a game is usually quite simple. But importing them into a 3D editing app is not. In order to convert the games map format into a editable format (which games normally always use a custom format to store models and such) you must have a good understanding in 3D programming.
It's not worth the effort. The code would only work in 1 room.
