Hey guys. So hear me out for a second: I’ve been working on an idea for an Anti-Bullying campaign event to be held on YouTube. The main aim of the campaign is to raise awareness about bullying and hopefully make past and present bullying victims feel better and more involved in a community. It works like this: YouTubers register with their account name, timezone and what types of videos they like to do the most. They then make a collaboration video with a few other registered YouTubers (in the same category: gamers with gamers, musicians with musicians etc etc) and submit it with the hashtag #LetsPlayTogether. They may also submit a vlog related to their own experiences of bullying, and a motivational message to anyone going through it. The videos will be broadcast during Anti Bullying Week (in November)because that’s how long it will take me to get everything organised :P The whole point of this was to encourage collaboration and strengthen the ties in the YouTube community, for a good cause of course. I think, for those people who have been through bullying or are going through it, it’s good to see someone talk about their own experiences, it makes them feel more connected. It’s a working theory, but I would love to hear anyone’s opinion/feedback on this. I think it could be good, but I would really like to know what you think :)

I must say I do prefer Action RPGs. I've played a few turn-based ones, and I like that they more or less require some strategy and provide a bit of a challenge. Action based RPGs are exactly that-action. I find them to be more fast-paced and active, and just fun in general. However, I don't think a game like Pokemon would work as an action RPG. I really like the gameplay, and the strategy that comes with planning your attacks. Also, what I usually find is that attack planning kinda goes out the window with Action RPGs. Idk, I always found that you could find your enemy's weaknesses and plan your attacks better in turn based RPGs. It allows for you to experiment more with different attacks. Usually when I play say, Kingdom Hearts, I just start bashing at the enemy and hope they eventually die :P In terms of how you play the game, I generally find Action RPGs more fun, so there we go :)

Then look up Free To Play or Early Access games. I am not ashamed to admit that my bank account looks the same and 80% of the games I've got on Steam are free :) And a few of them are pretty good

I want to thank everyone for the lovely advice you guys have given me. Really, it's been wonderful and it truly has gotten me out of this rut. Small update on financial situation: My mother went behind my back and paid my sister $2000 for my share of the trip. Now I only need to come up with $1000 (which I already have) so I'm okay. I've still put off my singing lessons until I get a job, in fact I'm going to go around and start job-hunting again, maybe even send my resume to a bunch of places online, too. Musically, I'm going to audition for a band quite soon. Going to a rock festival made me really realise what I wanted to do with my life. I've started writing songs (nothing too flashy) but at least I'm trying again. Socially, well everything is great. My birthday is coming up this Wednesday, and I get to spend time with all of my friends. I'm not feeling as nervous any more. I mean, I do have to prepare everything for the party but that's really minor. Again, I can't thank you all enough for your help and support. I love that I can come here just to vent and then get some really positive advice. You guys are amazing, really, I can't express that enough. Thank you all so much <3
Awesome, thanks for the feedback! I get what you mean with the photoshop-y look. I haven't changed the way I make siggys in ages. But with Kairi and Fang I was trying some different techniques, so I'm glad you think they look good! :)
Hey guys, small update on things. Situation 1 has not gotten any better, in fact I've gotten into a fight with my sister and all the things are going downhill. The final bill for Europe is $3000, of which I only have $800. Nobody is still hiring and I'm running out of money. Next week is my last week of singing lessons if I can't get enough money. I caved and let my parents help me-my mum gave me a bit of money to get me through the week. But I feel so guilty about it. I really am at breaking point, folks. I have no idea what to do. I've tried everything I can think of. Situation 2 has gotten much better. I went to Soundwave over the weekend (rock music festival) and now I think I know exactly where I want to take my music. I'm on a solid path with that, I just need to make it happen. Situation 3 I haven't really focused on. It seems all situations with my friends have gotten better, but I haven't really seen anyone since I posted this thread. I haven't opened up to them about anything either, I just don't want to bug them. But at least now I don't feel like I'm losing them, which is better. I'm still not in a very good state. I feel like things are going to get a lot worse, but for the moment Im putting on a smile and hoping for the best.
