    Glee.

Why wouldn't you be able to play?
Eh, UN Owen is over overrated, it is really good, but it's far far to popular.

Chior is pretty big at my school, and no, NOT because of that ****ing show.

Basically, little girls shoot pretty lights at you and your job as another little girl is to send your own pretty lights back without getting hit by their lights. It's... better than that sonds.
Have you heard arrangements or the origional music?

    Yeah, I'm kika.

The trip was one to Banff, for the Rocky Mountain Music Festival. I went because of Chior.

Maybe they don't wish to go because it's so big?
I mean yeah Daft Punk is pretty big and such already, but you never know.

As for music, youtube is only good for things like touhou music anymore, for bands and such you're probably gonna need to torrent the music.
Which isn't so bad in itself, I mean you can get whole disks and such.
Not like I don't just torrent everything anyway

Choir trip, we went to the rocky mountain music festival to sing and watch other choirs/concert bands/jazz band/vocal jazz.
I didn't really realize how close it was until I had to start packing.

Sorry, the trip kinda snuck up on me. I didn't really get to tell many people I was leaving before I got shipped halfway across the country with no internet or even a computer.
It wasn't too bad but I missed the internet...

Besides the loneliness, how have you been?

Bags about a foot by a foot are filled with sand, they're about 1/3rd of a foot high per bag. The bag material is made of tarp.
Volunteers go out and stack these bags up along the riverside in places where flooding may occur to either stop it going over a road or flooding someone's property.

The reason a lot of the volunteers are mad is because some people just kinda lounge around their house, drinking coffee and reading the news paper, some taking pictures. Meanwhile these people, putting time they don't owe, are doing back breaking work to protect the person's house from a flood.
They could help at least, and if not help physically, they could morally and offer water to the workers, etc etc.

Uh... weird. I could have sworn I replied already.

For people in the city it's usually fine, there's still a threat but for right now we're fine. Outside of the city is a lot less lucky.
People are sandbagging but a lot are getting fed up and wanting to quit because of a few things.

No, just an everyear spring melt.
One place outside of the city is basically completely submerged, you can only see the roofs of the houses.

the rivers where already high when they froze over, the ground was pretty saturated with water too, on top of that we got more snow than ever and so did the places below us (our river is derp and flows north). so all that on top of the usual flooding and problems with ice jams, and not opening the flood way quick enough... well yeah.

Well that depends, some of my other colours have been hard to shake off, since the longer you do something as a habit the harder it is to break.
