I am planning to go ahead with a one week timeskip to pick up the pace of the rp, if you have any problems or ideas you have 24 hours to post here, otherwise I will assume you are all okay with it. If three of you or more post here you are okay with a timeskip then I will start writing it immediately.
The cloaked man first looked at Vendeval with hidden contempt then at Allen, struggling to approach. The man approached Allen fast, before anyone could react “So your Allen” he said as he started circling the boy “I can see now why Nny dislikes you, so impulsive, idealistic, narrow minded and of course self-righteous, no wonder Nny wants to drive a blade threw your heart so badly” the man said casually “But he can’t see what I see, the hatred, anger, racism, guilt and the self-resentment, it’s like watching you scream out against the world and no one able to hear you, because your weak, powerless and simple just too simple minded to do the hard things, except of course when you don’t think things through, or when you get truly angry, has anyone seen your true anger?” the man asked Allen as he continued to circle Allen. During all this Robert took the chance to escape with Claire while the man was focusing on Allen.
The man easily deflected Reese's light attack into a wall "Stop" the man said showing no emotion. He stopped walking forward and sighed "Look if you want to fight me try and catch up, I have a rat to kill" The man said turning around and running out a window. The cloaked man landed right at the palace entrance, faced with Robert, Claire, Allen, Drei and Vendeval. "This is what made you retreat? Oh I'm sorry honour your agreement that is defunct?" The man said quietly to himself.
"That's right run" Robert said putting Claire down "Its over" he said to everyone as a flare went up into the sky from the Eclipscion airship and the sounds of fighting vanished "They got what they wanted, the king is dead" Robert said to everyone who was alive around him. "King?" Claire asked not knowing what he was on about.
Suddenly time stopped just before Rako's attack made contact, Robert came running from the palace entrance and carried Claire out of the way and then summoned beams of light all around Rako that would seriously hurt him. Time started up again as Rako's attack hit nothing but the ground and the beams appeared out of nowhere. Claire was in Robert's arms surprised at what had just happened, "Rob?" she asked quietly since she was confused, but Robert didn't look at her, his face filled with fury as he stared Rako down.
Claire realized the danger of fighting Rako in close range combat and jumped away from him just in time to avoid his attack, she turned her hands back to normal as she summoned fireballs in her hands and flung them at Rako, she wasn't sure what magic she could do but she needed to drive Rako off.
Claire de-summoned her swords and armour and looked at her new left hand "I thought it was a dream" she said to her self quietly as she breathed in deeply, she closed her eyes and focused as her hands started to change form into the same shape as the consumer claws, when they finished changing she opened her eyes again, they were still normal human eyes except they were yellow again, they didn't revert. She ran straight at Rako head on, the ground around Rako's feet started to freeze as Ice started to form and bind Rako in place.
"Wrong, I'm Claire" she said as she blocked the sword attacks with her one arm, her voice filled with pain. "And I haven't quit yet" she added as her eyes turned yellow for a few seconds, her arm regenerating quickly and then her eyes returned to normal, for the few seconds her eyes were yellow her presence was the same as a consumer. She summoned her second sword back and hit Rako's one away.
Claire saw it coming, she tried to block it but one of Rako's strikes took off her left arm. She managed to get away from him before she landed by kicking one of his blade and then hit the ground but as soon as she landed she stood back up, clutching her arm. "I am not done" Claire said as she let go of her left arm and readied to fight one handed. She used her silver weapon to stop the bleeding.
"That's right" the man said, his attention going back to Phisoxa and Reese "The king was my target but all these people were important to your government as well" Claire didn't look back at Allen, she ignored him as she met Rako's charge head on, their blades constantly connecting as they were brought to a standstill "Why are you doing this, who is your master?" Claire asked as she tried to breakthrough and hit Rako.
Just as Rako jumped back Claire swung at him but missed "So care to explain what's going on?" Claire asked but then looked at Allen "But I doubt you will just tell me" she said coldly as her silver weapon started to form around her body like armour and two swords. She charged at Rako and swung at him with speed that was beyond a normal human.
"Or we will be noticed" Claire said as she slowed down. They arrived at the entrance, the carnage and destruction still fresh. "Stop Allen" Claire said "Show your self demon, I know you are there!" Claire shouted. "At least your intelligent" the cloaked man said to Reese as he walked forward "Blinding me does little when I can sense you two, hold on a second" he said as he stopped "Rako I know your frustrated" he said to no one "I can't help that its not affecting him. Fine let loose, like I could even stop you. Yes I don't care if you torture him, feel free. Just leave majority of the city intact" the man said as if he was talking to someone.
Actually, Robert, Phisoxa and Reese are, also an unknown person. Claire and Allen soon will be.

In an instant Claire took them down, though she didn't kill them "This one is an infiltrator" she said looking at the back of his neck, a half crescent moon was tattooed on his neck. "The other isn't she said pulling her summoning a blade and killing the spy before she started running again. "We have to hurry" she said as they approached the palace front door. "That was rude" the cloaked man said to Reese "Trust me when you say she should die" he said, his voice was familiar but his face was hidden. "Now step aside" he said as he summoned another blade "I have a friend itching to play and I would rather finish before he gets control"

Flood, could you edit your post with Reese a little, I posted before that and your post kinda contradicts mine.
The sky started the darken as the airship attacked less and less, there was almost no target left to bomb. The cloaked man walked towards Phisoxa, his black coat now stained dark red from all the people he had killed, he picked her up by the neck "Time to make a problem disappear" he said as he started choking her with one hand, he summoned his sword which was still covered in blood in his other hand and prepared to stab her. "The palace" Claire said as she looked at it. After everything she said about holing up somewhere her train of thought was lost, something was there that needed to be stopped. She ran off towards the palace, not caring about the others.
"Be careful' Robert said running threw the main doors, the main lobby was filled with dead. But there wounds weren't battle wounds, they were something else, like a monster had ripped its way threw the lobby killing everyone it came across. Robert was unfazed by the carnage "Don't focus on them" he said to Reese as he observed the dead.
