You do tend to need a lot of money if you're going to fully enjoy it, but I've been to a couple cons where I've spent less than $10 and had a lovely time. All you REALLY need as far as money is enough to get in, but that's it for the bare minimum. However, the Dealer's Room tends to have all manner of things to buy, for which you'll need money. I believe I spent $40 on my beloved cloaked Mickey Mouse figurine.

Not much at all right now. I went to an anime convention in early August (met Johnny Yong Bosch, was awesome), and I'm starting college this Wednesday. I've also fallen in love with someone who's actually near me, but that's another story ENTIRELY. Spent the other day with her and she has no idea how happy I've been since then. It doesn't help that I'm too stubborn about our friendship to actually pursue her. She know how I feel though.
