      You'll need a Youtube background template you can work with; Deviantart usually has lots of them.
      As for the editing, you can try using Photoshop then add images/brushes onto it or change the colors - just try to experiment with it and separate everything into different layers. I can't really explain how to do it because it's basically something you have to learn and do yourself and there are so many ways to make the background xD But there are tutorials you can look up on Youtube, so I recommend you to do it :3
