Ichigo - In Fullbring Shinigami Shinigami outfit since Final Getsuga Tenshou would be overgodlypowerful
Eiji - Probably the same but after Kamen Rider OOO has ended, looking for a way to repair the broken taka medal that held Ankh's existence
Moka - Dunno about her, she's still in Youkai Academy.
Dante - Meh, he'd still save the world but it'll be long before DMC 2's Dante stops sprouting jokes.
Justin - Probably after he finishes his journey saving the world in the game
Tsukasa/Decade - He'd still be travelling the A.R. Worlds as it's a endless journey but till retain hsi cynical side.

Or I'll introduce new characters like I dunno, Tsunayoshi Sawada from Reborn! or Edward from FMA or maybe someone from a game.

Well, Ichigo will be surprised at being able just to sue it within a few minutes as he knows he can hold Bankai for a much longer duration, besides, Ichigo already gained Zangestu's permission to use it in the real world as he's currently a few weeks before Orihime gets kidnapped to Hueco Mundo, so I guess at the end of the RP everyone forgets their adventure and resuem their normal lives with the villians forgetting.

He can use it but only in short bursts like perhaps a few minutes before being forcibly reverted to his Shikai like in the Gotei 13 Invading arc.

Well Eiji is slowly expericing Greeedification from hplding the Purple Core Medals so he's already experiencing a downside to using thei power as his five senes will be slowly changed, his sight will be nothing more than just a fuuzy picture like with a bad screen with no color, his taste will disappear along, his sense of touch telling the difference between hot or cold also goes with his hearing becoming distorted but most of all, Eiji's body will slowly start showing the form he'll take through Greeedifiction although he will slowly learn to master the Purple Core Medals despite the fact he'll no longer be human.

Ichigo could of flash-stepped but he wasn't sure if Ethan's new senses would help locate Eiji's power, Ankh could easily but he's currently busy noticing Sakuya's attack ona student and is questioning her.
