I know this is minor, but would you lowercase the "but" in my title here?

It's a preposition, and prepositions aren't capitalized in titles, unless they're at the beginning or end, which isn't the case here. :)

I mean I can understand it because of all the crazy people that go to conventions, but at the same time there's no height limit on weapons?
