I got another question(My gawsh, I'm pestering!) One of those rules in the RP Rules section states that less than 20 words but it also says in the RP extended that more than 4 lines in RP should be there. I'm confused, and I want to ask if you either go by 'less than 20 words' or 'less than 4 lines'. I am not making much sense...
