Okay, so I have no idea. (Yea, they are standard questions asked by IT Maintenance workers ^_^ I is be dat lol)

Hmm . . . I may ask some stupid questions but:
1. Is it plugged into both an electrical outlet and the computer.
2. Is the software required for running it installed on the computer.
3. Does it appear in (with windows XP) Printers and Faxes.
4. Is the device turned on.
5. Do you notice any warning symbols under the device in the Printers and Faxes window.
(sorry but It would help if you could answer these for me then I may be able to help ^_^)
