Well, nominations only come around once a year, before the polls are put up. Basically, you just PM who you'd like to nominate for each category to a specific staff member.

It was me, I don't leave it occasionally--usually when the last post has someone saying it can be closed.

And I don't nominate people, users do. =] I just put them in the polls.

Well I've seen cases before where people thought the fan was making the noise, when it was actually something else in the computer located close to it, lol.
But yeah, if it's just the fan I don't know what to do.

Far from it. Right now I'm a novice at best. I'm only now taking a computer science class. The Coders put me to shame, and there is a whole world passed them.
