So I have to let my mom 'borrow' 1000 dollars. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to do it. She needs it more than I do. But it's because she has to go to New York to find a better doctor for her mental disorders, at least one she can communicate comfortable in Spanish with. I found out that she didn't decide that, the rest of the family did. No one asked me, they just simply told me that's what's happening. I'm really pissed about that alone. Then she tells me that she's selling everything pretty much just to be able to afford moving up there. One of my uncle's told her he'd pay for the moving van. No, he's just paying for gas. The 1000 dollars I'm giving her is simply so she can finish paying rent and bills for this month. She's sold our couches, beds, washer/dryer, everything. To go on with that, another uncle got his daughter to not move out of her apartment so she can give it to my mom. The reason being that she couldn't afford the rent of 800 dollars (without utilities, water, etc.). So rent built up for two months and they're expecting my mom to pay that. With all of that, she may have enough money for one month's rent up there. My family is saying they'll 'help,' but they're avoiding the question of how and if it's even financial help. So I need to get a job to pay my bills per month, which totals to over 500 and have enough money so I can support my mom from her.

...I'm on the verge of tears. I haven't smoked this many cigarettes in months ; ;
