I guess that's enough for now then, but later on his powers may be temporarilly reduced like everryone elses have been so far. It won't stick for too long, but it might impact his ability to do certain things for the duration of it.
But yes, you seem to get it for now.

For the record; what Bushy is trying to say about Alucard is that regardless of his powers, the plot means that even he can't ignore the illusion. I have characters that wouldn't normally be affected by such a thing too, but everybody is affectedly equally for the sake of the story.
I hope that clears up any confussion on the matter.

Angelique(one of the big bads who is more on the lines of chaotic-neutral than antagonistic) put a love spell on Jotaro/Reinforce and Ichigo/Akiza.
Soooo yeaaaah just pointing that out there for no reason in particular really other than Jotaro will probably use Alucard in a rampage of calm-to-the-point-that-it's-creepy revenge. *cough* At least when he finds out...

Although...I must add...the psycological tests are a bit affective on the player as well (Or should have that effect. I'm guessing, maybe so.) Disembodied voices are so hard to notice if they're referring to you or your player.

When they reach the shore, the will, infact, all be on the same landmass (and each group is incredibly close to eachother without knowing it; hahaha!) I was planning to put a reference to it in a few posts from now but, yeah, pretty much.

She can, most likely, take charge of the group (Kakyoin doesn't want to be the leader although Magashi viewed him as such) it's an odd layout, really. ahahah~
But yes, she would probably make a good leader with those qualities...at least maybe not so much for Tsukasa who, frankly, does not play well with others.
But other than that; it shall be fine!

I'm planning something specail for that group anyway. Something.......psycological. Although I already did it before; now that I have a larger group, I can expand on that.

But....after the ship sinks Alucard can make his way to Jotaro's group. That's fine too. (He can stick around for the fight that's about to come up on the subway...once people actually start posting something relevant that is...erhm. I kindof have to wait on people and that's what kindof makes RPs a bit facepalming but it's alright; hahaha!)

Ummm the Sypha can either go to the middle of nowhere or appear after the J-Ark crashes (which could also, take a while). Those are the only two groups without a dark character/vampire sort of thing....well Rose might count but she's not really dark (She's just a normal little girl with witch-like powers). I don't think that would count TOO much...

Also what is this Sypha like personality-wise?

Um but a mexican standoff wouldn't really affect the plot where kakyoin's group is (if she appears there with said group)

Wesker's plans are little tight-sealed for now (mostly a test of endurance/puzzletime will come into play before a PLOT INDUCED CITY + Cameos Galore come into play)
