We're pretty sure they're human-assisted bots. It's not much of a problem though, we have a plugin that catches most of them. It's rare that one slips through.

When RvR had a BRS one I wanted to make a Dead Master one, but she doesn't do anything cool herself that can be looped properly. The skulls seemed like a good place to go with that. I may update it later.

Well my case was more simple than most. A Media Recorder doesn't do any moderation, and thus doesn't get many powers, so the review process was short. Furthermore, I had coincidentally applied as the old one resigned. So I got the position fairly quickly.
