As for the apps, we have a few app forms here but the thread is old and we're not currently accepting them, as far as I know. We open up for applications whenever we feel we need new staff; there's no set schedule =].

No problem =]. Thanks for understanding. And well, you don't have to be premium to become staff (although many of us are -- but not all!); just send in an app for review when they are being accepted if you want to be considered.
