Beat syncing is where something in your video happens either on the beats or prominent notes of the song. It's easy because it requires little more than hearing a note and cutting there. There are many things that you can do to highlight a beat such as doing something as simple as a normal cut to another scene or using an effect such as a flash. Beat syncing is very easy to overdo so remember to use it in moderation. One or two flashes can add excitement to something but a flash on every single beat can be quite annoying. And by faster, I don't mean use faster clips; I mean use more clips so it seems like things are going faster, get what I mean? Check out my entry and Sacredlich's entry in the MEP thread if you want an example of beat syncing.

Oh sorry about that. I watched it but then I got sidetracked with so many things that I forgot xD

About the video, the lip-syncing is much better now but I still think that the instrumental part after the first verse could have some more beat syncing and be a little faster overall. The rest is pretty good imo.
