EDIT: It also kept me logged in, which I don't mind. I just prefer to log out, though, mostly so I go offline. If I don't log out and just close the browser, I won't go offline for 15 minutes.

My username is the same there, but with a 25 at the end, because it was taken for some reason, but I think it was page meant to mock me or something. Some people, before PSU: Ambition of the Illuminus shut down its online servers for PC / PS2, had bad blood towards me.

Maybe, but Who's Online on FF Shrine was fine, which is funny, because its Who's Online has frequent automatic refresh problems, so it doesn't refresh sometimes when I put it there when I need to do something, such as picking up and dropping off my mom at work, which takes about 10 minutes, but sometimes goes over 15 minutes if we stop at Winegar's and get drinks or something, so I put it on Who's Online on any vBulletin forum just in case. I didn't / don't have to on SEGA's, as their thing was changed from 15 minutes to 60 minutes. Anyway, FF Shrine's has been fine for the last few days, but I probably jinxed it now, huh?

Anyway, I think you should consider joining the SEGA forums when they come back up. There's a lot to discuss about there. :)

Oh, it wasn't bug I was reporting, as it always works with me, too. It was the connection somewhere along the way with KH-Vids that went wonky. It wasn't a database error page, it was just a page could not be found page.

Anyway, I, too, am doing good.

I left it on Who's Online so it wouldn't show me as offline after 15 minutes when I left to do something at 7:53, but, unfortunately, something happened, and the page didn't load on one of the automatic Who's Online refreshes.

Anyway, yeah, I was like that, too, with the FF Shrine forum and this forum, but then I started being on all the time along with the SEGA forums. Well, until the hacking incident with SEGA, anyway.

My account on FF Shrine isn't that old. I only joined on 1/28/2010.

Yeah, their homepage hasn't updated for a LONG time and never will, but the forums are pretty healthy in terms of threads and members, but they require donations to run their server because it's expensive, which is most likely why it only has minor problems, such as the occasional server time-outs, which, if you read the comment I just posted a little while ago, there's one going on right now. They actually were on the verge of being shut down entirely at one point, which I think was back in May or June, because of the lack of donations. It's not that there weren't members, it's just that nobody was donating for whatever reasons. =P

EDIT: Back in working order as of 10:13 PM. :)

Yeah, I have two pages of infractions for minor things on the SEGA forums for only the following two things:

Personal attack
Trolling users and/or discussion threads

According to a private message conversation with Edward, an administrator at SEGA, my attacks weren't ever really personal, I'm just really picky about conventions, homonyms, and all that stuff.

I've only been banned twice. Once for 24 hours and once for 48 hours -- they're very lenient.

Anyway, back to the ban. A friend of mind explained to me that, in his opinion, because it's a fan-based forum and not an official one, they don't have the right type of staff to deal with problematic users, so they just take action like that.

Not all fan-based forums are like that (obviously), but, unfortunately, that one is. You probably don't know him, but the administrator, who I believe is also the owner, is Ryna.

For the FF Shrine response, that's probably the best guess. I wonder what's worse, though. Database errors or server time-outs? =P

Unfortunately, I can't post there, as I've been banned indefinitely since 4/28/2011 just for posting "Old news is old" on only my second ban. First ban was for a week for numerous off-topic posts, but they were out of fun, not anger or whatever. Harsh, huh? =/
