I forgot to mention FF Shrine. I'm not sure what type of server they're on, as they're fan-based, too, but their downtimes aren't too frequent, either. If there's a difference, when there are downtimes, it's not database errors, but server time-outs.

A funny thing about the SEGA forums.

Since they're official, they have their own server, which very rarely has database errors (maybe two or three times a year at the most), but when it does, everyone freaks out.

It's one thing to make a topic and ask, "Did anyone else get a database error so and so ago?", but it's another thing to think that hackers took over the Internetz.

That doesn't really matter to me at the moment, though, it's just something funny I wanted to tell you. :) I just want the forums back up. D= If they're not up by Friday, it will be 3 weeks of downtime.

I guess it was better for FF Shrine to make it only positive and for SEGA to remove it completely.

To be honest, I don't think that the reputation system can really describe a person regardless of whether they're in the red or green. :)

Speaking of SEGA, I wish they would hurry up on getting things up! :(

Anyway, the cool thing about FF Shrine is that they have it so only positive reputation can be given.

As for the SEGA forums, they had it, too, but got rid of it because of abuse. I'm not sure about the other sections, because most of my posts are in the Phantasy Star Universe sections, but it seems that that's where a lot of the abuse came from when the reputation system was up. It was removed sometime last year.

I just read the FAQ, and, according to your boxes, you have at least 5,000 points or more, so now I'm kind of confused. Sorry, some things confuse me easily. =/

Anyway, here's a screenshot of mine. :)

The number required for each box must be low or something, because you have a lot of boxes, unless that's another administrator-only feature, because I have 513 reputation points here, but only have 6 boxes.

You should give me some reputation points. :)
