Well, the awards are purely for fun. The awards as a whole are pretty successful. It's just the role play sections awards that...suffer. I'm pretty sure 'Best Roleplayer' completely disappeared from the awards last year simply because there weren't many nominations at all--despite how many people on the site RP.

The role play section is pretty segregated. There are role players I've memorized the writing style of, because of how many times we've role played together. Whereas there are role players I've never even heard of before. xD

SO. My goal is to try to bring the RP community together. So if you have any suggestions, feel free to let me know. I've been brainstorming a lot and thinking up events. But step one has to be recognition in the awards, there are so many role players who aren't even acknowledged. So I hope you, and others can come together this year.
