You could use the wand select tool (not sure what it's called on photoshop) which selects only the portion you click of the same colour. By doing that and holding shift, you can highlight all parts of the name, and then using the paintbrush tool and choosing the colour you want. Paint over it, since you would have selected only the name you wrote, it will only colour what is in the lines.

Save it as a .PNG file.

I used a text font that looks like hand writing.

You can search and download fonts there for free, that might help you with the writing, and there are usually some decent fonts pre-installed on the PC that look similar to hand writing anyway.
As for the grouping the pictures together, feel free to use my cards as a reference. XD
Literally, just cut out or resize the parts of the pictures you need and then place them in the boxes etc. You should be fine. :P

The only reason I searched for both of them as Grey is they are brother and sister.
But obviously, the image I found for hair, she didn't have Grey hair. But I figured meh... in Pokemon, the siblings have different hair colours all the time anyway.

If it can do edits, then it is probably capable of doing a simple trainer card.
As I said, I recommend using GIMP. But, yeah lol

Although at the same time it's easy enough to cut just the face off of your trainer.
Photoshop Elements? I'm not too sure if I'm completely honest.
I'm only familiar with GIMP lol, but I think Photoshop CS(2,3,4 etc) are the right sorta things.. :/

GIMP is a lot like photoshop, so if you have any experience with that, then you'll be fine.
GIMP is free to download and use, (just search for it on google)
And as for how you use it... well... I just experiment until I learn stuff lol,
or you can look in the fine tutorial section (I never did it, but people on this site praise it) of the graphic section for help.

Also, as I said previous, you can find blank trainer cards in googles image section by literally typing in 'Blank Trainer Card'

Ah about that... I used to do requests for stuff like Sigs, Banners (and well, I suppose these trainer cards would have been another thing) a little while ago, but I've stopped doing them since.
Problems have occurred with people and such, which is why I no longer do requests... :/ Sorry.
However I could point you in the direction of DPWolf who I believe has her own thread in the graphics section, where you can request a PokemonTrainer Card to be made.
And of course, I am sure she is much more skilled than I am and therefore would do a better job anyway.
However...
if you can't get her to do one for you and you really, really want one done by me, I may just make an exception this once providing you not tell anybody lol.
Other wise I'll get everyone coming to me and asking for them :P

Also, I'd require you to provide links to the appropriate images:
A blank trainer card (The Laia one looks fancy since she is in the Elite 4, which is why Leon's one with him being a new trainer, looks plain. So try and find one that suits your Trainers level and theme if they have one.)
A picture of your character (It doesn't really matter on the size... but a good quality picture is a must.)
And I'd need you to provide me with the following infomation:
The characters name,
List of their Pokemon (and which ones are shiny if any),
etc

Also, note that... if you have a new trainer... you might need to get the card updated when changes happen. (badges, catches, evolutions and such)
I dunno if I'd wanna keep on doing edits if that is the case, but yeah, I thought I'd inform you.
On another note, if it's a Gym Leader, then it should be fine and won't need updating since their Pokemon aren't really going to change. (I don't think you have an Elite 4 member... so yeah.)

Anyway, I do really suggest looking for DPWolf's appropriate thread, as I said, she is a lot more skilled than I am and therefore could do a better job. But yeah. XD
