Well, it goes Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. That's the order of your chakras the bottem up. Each chakra is directly connected to a gland of the body. Each affect each other. They can get overstimulated, understimulated, and congested and can always be felt on a physical and mental level. Each chakra shows a specific trait.
Red-Adrenal Gland-Survival
Orange-Gonad-Sex and Interaction
Yellow-Pancreas-Power or Ego
Green-Thymus Gland- Love
Blue-Thyroid- Expression
Indigo-Pineal Gland-"Psychic" or "Third Eye"
Violet-Pituitary Gland- Intuition and Conscioss

Oh, It's means "wheel" in Sanskrit I believe. There's a large number of them in your body, but there's a base 7. I'll focus on that. You know the spectrum of color from Red to Violet?
