No, we require all staff to use msn at least for the interview (though we encourage them to keep msn since we all use it plus most of the members here do too).

Not having msn 24/7 won't hurt you chances of being chosen, but yeah, for the interview process we're going to say it's needed for convenience reasons. We'll contact you via pm if you get chosen.

Just thought I'd tell you here (Because I don't want to get chewed up by DPWolf) That it's actually the Sephiroth battle, and it would be pretty easy but I'm level 23 and have no special attack materia. :3 (I'm not looking forward to the final Genesis battle though..)
