With the anger you need to learn to hold it back. It isnt something you can learn over night I know. But when you get mad think of a song you love or an anime book anything. Try to change your thoughts. If that doesnt work take deep breaths. Put your hands in you're pockects and just lay down. If you have done all this befor you have to keep doing it. You have to train yourself to keep calm and you need to learn to change you're train of thought. If not you could get hurt one day. About tifa all that is normal. The pain doesnt go away over night or in a month. It takes a while. But just know that it proves you loved her and care for her. There isnt anything wrong with it. Hell I still cry about Howell and its almost been a year. When you feel alone think ofall the friends you have. Think of me. I dont want you to go anywhere. If you do I will feel alone and be worried as hell. I would get on a plance and search for you I wouldnt care what it takes ; ;
